Home My WebLink About87-155 ;t • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date November 2, 1987 Resolution No. 87-155 Motion by Sindt Seconded by Harvey RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 85-103, I-35 REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 POWER CENTER PROJECT WHEREAS, the City .Council adopted Resolution No. 85-103 approving the I-35 Redevelopment Project No. 2 and the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Power Center project on October 7, 1985; and WHEREAS, the bonds were not sold because a legal notice was not published; and WHEREAS, the project died because the developers could not provide a letter of credit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 85-1U3 is repealed in its entirety. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1987.
