Home My WebLink About87-079 CITY OF LAKEVTLLE RESOLUTION Date June 15 , 1987 Resolution No. 87-79 Motion by Enright Seconded by Sindt RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENT WHEREAS, following proper published notice, the Lakeville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on June 4, 1987, to consider vacating an easement in Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot B of Wood- ridge Estates Third Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received the proposed vacation • and has determined the easement is not needed. NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The above described easement is hereby vacated. 2.
