RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 87-9
CHAPEL HILL, CEDARGLEN & CARROLL PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1987, the City Council ordered the prepara-
tion of a feasibility report for public sanitary sewer and watermain
improvements to service the Chapel Hill and CedarGlen plats and the
Carroll commercial property west of Cedar Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The feasibility report for Project 87-9 is hereby approved.
2. A public hearing is hereby called for May 18, 1987, at 7:00
p.m. at the council chambers in Airlake Industrial Park,
7773-214th Street West.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1987.
