Home My WebLink About86-125 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION • Date Ocher 20, 1986 Resolution No. 86-125 Motion by Harvey Seconded by Sindt RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM SEWER CREDITS FOR DODD RIDGE SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, Section 14 of the development agreement for Dodd Ridge Second Addition states, "The Developer shall pay a storm sewer charge of $27,808.70 less a credit for storm sewer trunks in an amount determined by the city engineer in lien of the property paying a like charge at a later date." WHEREAS, the city engineer has indicated in a letter dated October 6, 1986, a copy of which is atached, that the developer should not receive a credit for storm sewer oversizing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City • Council that the Dodd Ridge Second Addition shall be assessed a storm sewer charge in the amount of $27,808.70.
