HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-074 RESOLUTION 86 - 74 • WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville did on the 16th day of September, 1985, grant Conditional Use Permit 485-16 for the construction of a mini-storage facility at 165th Street and I-35 Frontage Road in Lakeville, which permit provided, at paragraph ~4, for the termination of the permit under circumstances which include a "material change in the neighbor- hood" or failure to complete construction within one year ..from the date of the permit; and WHEREAS, construction of the facilities is well under way and is projected to be .completed on or before . October 16, 1986; and WHEREAS, as a precondition to the financing of the premises the Roseville Bank requires a "waiver" or release • of the condition concerning "material change in the neighborhood". NOW THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED, that Conditional Use Permit ~~85-16 is amended as follows: the phrase, "material change of condition of the neighborhood where the use is located,." is deleted from said permit, and the developer is granted until October 15,.1986 to complete construction pursuant to the terms of the permit.
