Louis Construc- tion . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby awards • the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all of the bid requirements, S. J. Louis Construction in the amount of $312,459.00 on city improvement project 86-1, Valley Park 8th, Phase 3-C. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1986.
