HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-030A • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date May 6, 1985 Resolution No. 85-30A Motion by Sindt Seconded by Enright RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SOUTHFORK VILLAGE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as SouthFork Village 2nd Addition has requested plat approval; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by the City Planning Commission and City Council following a public hearing; and WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The plat of SouthFork Village 2nd Addition is hereby approved, subject to the developer's execution of the development agree- went and bond requirements. 2. The City Administrator is directed to file a certified copy of the resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
