RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF SOUTHFORK VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as SouthFork Village
1st Addition has requested plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by the City
Planning Commission and City Council following a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The plat of SouthFork Village 1st Addition is hereby
approved, subject to the developer's execution of the development
agreement and bond requirements.
2. The City Administrator is directed to file a certified
copy of the resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota, this 6th day of May, 1985.
