RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR WATER,
SANITARY SEWER UNIT AND AREA CHARGES
WHEREAS, the revenue from sanitary sewer area charges and
water & sewer unit charges are used to retire bonds issued to finance
construction of the sanitary sewer trunk system and water trunk system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lakeville, Minnesota, that Resolution No. 82-83 is hereby repealed,
and the following rates shall become effective March 1, 1984, as shown
on the rate schedule.
Sanitary sewer area charge $475.00/acre
Sanitary .sewer unit charge $575.00/unit
Water unit charge $780.00/unit
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1984.
