RESOLUTION APPROVING. PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON EXTENDING SANITARY SEWER AND WATER
..UTILITY LINES ALONG COUNTY ROAD 64/KENRICK AVENUE
AND A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD 70
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1983, the City .Council ordered the prepara-
tion of a feasibility report for .the extension of a water.. utility line
.along County Road 64 from 204th. .Street. to_Kenrick_Avenue and along
Kenrick Avenue from County Road 64 to the south side of County Road 70,
east on County Road 70, and on Dodd Boulevard from 208th Street to 210th
Street, and for sanitary sewer along Kenrick.Avenue to the south side of
County Road 70.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The feasibility report for improvement project No. 83-14 is
hereby approved.
2. A public,,hearing is hereby called for March 19, 1984, at 7:30
p.m. at the council chambers in Airlake Industrial Park.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1984.
