RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
FROM STORM SEWER FUND TO
PARK DEDICATION FUND
WHEREAS, the development contact concerning Foxborough Addition
dated. June 13, 1980, paragraph 11A, stated, "The City shall grant a
credit of $1,500 per acre for the park property known as 0utlot A and
credit for improvements made by the developer in developing Outlot A as
a park."; and
WHEREAS, paragraph 12 states, "The developer shall be granted
credit for the costs of any oversized storm sewer improvements as
determined by the city engineer; and
WHEREAS, in a letter dated October 5, 1981, the engineer showed
credits for park development in the amounts of $19,497.00 and $2,288.00
and storm sewer improvement credits of $37,274.50 and $27,537.00; and
WHEREAS, such credits were applied accordingly on the 1981 finan-
cialJrecords; and
WHEREAS, in a letter dated February 16, 1984, the city engineer
stated that $17,300 of improvement costs should have been credited to
the Storm Sewer Fund instead of the Park Dedication Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
authorizes the transfer of $17,300 from the Storm Sewer Fund to the Park
Dedication Fund.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville
this 5th day of March, 1984.
