RESOLUTION DEDICATING TO THE PUBLIC TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION AND PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR STREET,
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 83-3 (HOLYOKE - 202ND STREET PROJECT).
Resolution No. 84- 48
WHEREAS, in connection with Improvement Project No. 83-3
in the Holyoke - 202nd Street Project there are certain temporary
construction and permanent easements required to be dedicated to
the public over and across Parcels 7, 12-B, 14, 15 and 32 in said
Project, which parcels are owned by the City of Lakeville;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lake-
ville, Minnesota that the temporary construction and permanent ease-
ments described below and more specifically described on the attached
exhibits are hereby dedicated to the public for the purposes described
below and on the attached exhibits:
1. Parcel 7 (located within the park as .shown on the plat
of Overland First Addition) - temporary construction and permanent
easements for street purposes as described on attached Exhibit A;
2. Parcel 12-B (located within Outlot B, Lake Vale Town-
homes) - temporary construction easement for street purposes and
permanent easement for street, drainage and utility purposes as des-
cribed on attached Exhibit B;
3. Parcel 14 (located within a 2.44 acre parcel in the
NE4 of the NE4 of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20 - formerly
Murphy property) - temporary construction easement for street pur-
poses and permanent easement for street and utility purposes as des-
cribed on attached Exhibit C;
4. Parcel 15 (located in part of the NE4 of the NE4 of
Section 29, Township 114, Range 20 - formerly Murphy property) -
temporary construction easement for street purposes and permanent
easements for street, drainage and utility purposes as described
on attached Exhibit D;
5. Parcel 32 (located within part of the NE4 of the NE4
of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20 - formerly Murphy property)
- temporary construction easement for street purposes and permanent
easement for drainage purposes as described on attached Exhibit E.
Adopted this 2nd day of April, 1984.
