HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-050 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date April 9, 1984 Resolution No. 84-50 Motion by Enright Seconded by Nelson RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING .RESTRICTIONS ON S.A.P. 188-110-04 FROM 0.54 MILE WEST AT IPAVA AVENUE TO IPAVA AVENUE WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has planned the improvement of MSAS. 110 (175th Street) from Trunk Highway No. 50 to Ipava Avenue;. and WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this street; and WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the city has been determined. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of MSAS 110 (175th Street) at all times. DATED .this 9th day of April 1984.
