HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-067 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date May 21, 1984 Resolution No. 84-67 Motion by Enright Seconded by Nelson RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS DURING HIGH WATER-LEVEL OF LAKE MARION WHEREAS, Lake Marion is currently at an extremely high water level, and; WHEREAS, Public streets, public beaches, roads, private dwellings, and lakeshore is being excessively eroded, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that: 1. A no wake zone 200 feet from shore, except 300 feet at the east end be established. 2. It be marked by suitable buoys by the City of Lakeville. 3. The no wake zone include no picking up or dropping off of waterskiers within the zone. 4. The restriction be reviewed by the City Council when the lake drops to a level of 983.1 MSL or below. 5.
