This will prevent blight and h'elp' maintain this area of Lakeville as a viable commercial, service and '~i housing area r,•ithin the community. Many of the buildings and ho;~uses in this area date back to the early 1~300's and before. It is impor',tant that I this area provide service, and employment, to people living ir. this general area, many of whom are elderly. I~' ~2_ 6. Description of project area:.
