At a meeting of the City Council of the City o~ Lakeville
,held on the 6th day of _ June , ~9$~. ,the following resolution vvas offered by
Councilmember Sindt
seconded by Councilmember Harvev
to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. ~
within the corporate limits of the City of Lakeville ,from t 900 Fts
_ W. of Holyoke Ave. , to 1300 Ft. ~o. of Co. Rd. 64 ;and seeks the
approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the bepartment of Transportation,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Reyised_Layout No: 2 SAP. _1914-22
(50=50) from 900~.Ft. W. of Holyoke Ave. to 1300Ft. So. of Co. Rd. 64 as prepared fiy
Consulting Engineers Diversified, .Inc.
NOW, THEN, BE lT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk
Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of the ~iesolution
Harvey, Nelson, Zaun Sindt.
The following Council Members voted against its adoption: None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the ~iesolution adopted.
