RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF
BARRETT FIRST ADDTTTON
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Barrett First
.Addition has requested plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by the City
Planning Commission and City Council following a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City,
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED. by the Lakeville City Council:
1, The plat of Barrett First Addition is hereby approved,
subject to the developer's execution of the development agreement and
bond requirements.
2. The City Administrator is directed to file a certified
copy of the resolution with. the Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota, this 20th day of June, 1983.
