RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN LAND
AS .ELIGIBLE FOR
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE DESIGNATION
WHEREAS, M.S. § 473H.04 authorizes the City to designate land
as being eligible for agricultural preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the following described
land, depicted generally on the map attached hereto as Attachment "A",
should be eligible for agricultural preserve designation:
(Parcel A - 6.90 acres) North 780 feet of the West
385.08 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township 114,
Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota.
(Parcel B - 3.20 acres) South 533 feet of the East.
261.37 feet of the SW4.: of Section 22, Township 114,
Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota.
(Parcel C - 40.0 acres) East 1320.0 feet of the
South 1551.0 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township
114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, except
the following: the .East 522.74 feet of the South
533.0 feet.
(Parcel D - 33.3 acres) The East 1320. feet of .the
.SW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota
County, Minnesota, except the 'South 1551.0 feet
thereof .
(Parcel E - 61.2 acres) The .SW4 of Section 22,
Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota,
except the .following : East 1320 feet thereof ; South
225 feet thereof lying west of said East 1320 feet;
North 780.0 feet of the West 385.08 feet; South 950
feet of the North 1730.0 feet of the West 210.48 feet.
(Parcel F - 39.799 acres) South 2 of South 2 of the
NW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota
County, Minnesota.
The above parcels subject to Cedar Avenue and

NOW,. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Lakeville City Council:
1. Pursuant to M.S. § 473H.04 the land. described above is here-
by certified. as being eligible .for designation as agricultural preserves.
2. A copy of this Resolution .shall. be published in the City's
official newspaper and a -copy, shall-be forwarded to the Metropolitan Council.
