NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Schedule of Fees is hereby approved and adopted, effective January 3, 1980. SCHEDULE OF FEES Fee Building Permits As recommended by the Minnesota State Building Code Plan and Energy Check Fee Maximum rate as recommended by the Minnesota State Building Code Plumbing Permits $15.50 plus .504 minimum plus $2.50 per fixture over four per residential unit. Commercial/industrial, to of plumbing costs up to $10,000 and ~o above $10,000. Heating Permits $15.50 plus .504 minimum, existing residence X29.50 plus .504 new residential unit. Commercial/industrial, 1% of costs up to $10,000 and ~o above $10,000. Fence Permits $12.50 Swimming Pool Same rate schedule as building permits. Moving $50.00, plus costs. Mechanical Permits to of contract up to $10,000 and of 1% over $10,000 with a minimum of $25.00. Septic System $30.00 Residential Well $30.00 Residential $50.00 Commercial/Industrial Sewer Tap $15.00 Water Tap $15.00 Fire Protection Equipment Permit Stand pipes and hose cabinets to of contract ,up to $10,000, ~o of 1% Sprinklers systems first 10 after $10,000 heads $20.00 Each additional 10 heads or fraction thereof $2.00 2' Topography Maps $8.50 per acre, minimum charge of $85.00 r Street/Alley Excavation $25.00 Underground Gas, Electric or Telephone $25.00 minimum Excavating and Filling Permit Fees 10,000 cubic yards or less, $50.00 10,001 to 250,000 cubic yards $775 initial fee together with an annual fee of $375 (including first year) 250,001 to 500,000 cubic yards $$850 initial fee together with annual fee of $500 (including first year) 500,001 or more cubic yards $1,150 initial fee together with an annual fee of $750 (including first year) Signs - Billboard $35.00 single Double faced signs $70.00 Extra for illuminated sign $10.00 Signs $25.00 Mobile Home Permit $40.00 for two years Mobile Home Inspection $25.00 per inspection Planning & Zoning Platting, P.U.D., Site Plans Deposit set in accordance with the size, complexity, deversity, and location of the proposed development. Minimum. deposit, $200..00. Minimum fee to be retained by the City, $50.00. All costs of consultants, staff, mailing of notices, publications, to be charged to the project account. Any cost above $200 is to be paid upon receipt: :of itemized invoice from the City Clerk, and before the final approval by the City Council or issuance of a building permit. Rezoning $125.00 plus Consultant costs. Variance $50.00 plus Consultant costs. Conditional Use Permit $125.00 plus Consultant costs.' Home Occupation Permit $50.00 plus Consultant costs. Special Home Occupation Permit $100.00 plus Consultant costs. Special Assessment Search and Certifications $5.00 per parcel Certification of Minutes of Meetings, Resolutions, Ordin- ances, etc. $4.OO plus .154 per page Charge for copies made .154 per page.
