Sullivan made a motion seconded by Mako to approve the minutes of the Sept. 8, 1969 meeting as read. Motion cam ed. 3. Sullivan made a motion seconded by Maka to pay the Village Bills. Motion carried. 4. Mako made a motion seconded by Sullivan to pay the Liquor Store bills. Motion carried. 5. The minutes. of the Sept. 11, 1969 Planning Commission meeting were read. 6. Mako made a motion seconded by Sullivan to approve the signing of the.- changet orders no. 2 and no. 3 for J. A. Darien & sons. Mako,. Sullivan and Jensen for. Motion carried. 7. The minutes of the special Planning Commission meeting of Sept.. 15, 1969, were read. 8. Sullivan made a motion seconded by Mako to grant the rezoning to Farmers Union for the following described proper~y,~ SW 4 of the NW 4 of Sec . 29--T114--~20 a~ ~'J. ~ Ali three for, motion carried. 9. .Mako made a motion seconded by Sullivan to grant Farmers Union a building permit. All.3 for, motion carried. 10. Mr. Grubisch appeared in regards to the applications far building permits for Airlake Park. Sullivan made a motion seconded by Mako to grant. the building permit to Imperial Plastics & Hitchcock Ind. with the stipulation that the hookup fees be paid for all permits before the water is turned on. All 3 for, motion carried. 11. Mako made a motion seconded by Sullivan to .grant Thorwyn Mfg. Co. and Hitchcock Ind. a building permit. All 3 for, motion carried.. 12. A motion by Sullivan seconded by Mako to .grant Roundup Products which will be north of the disposal plant, a building permit was approved by the counc]. 13. Sullivan moved to grant a building permit to Landco Equipment co. and Ackron Bldg Supply contingent on .their plans being signed by-.the engineer... This company will mount hoisting equipment on trucks. Mako seconded the motion. All 3 for, motioncarried. 14. Mako made a motion seconded by`sullivan to grant Stampings of Minn.. and Hitchcock Ind. a building permit. All 3 for, motion carried. 15. Sullivan made a motion seconded by Mako to grant a trailer permit with the variance to...Robert Goble. A11 3 for, motion carried. 16. Sullivan moved to have the police chief send a written report on what his .investigation revealed at the R. ..Carpenter home and send it to Mr. Farrell, Village Attorney, who will prepare a complaint for Gerald Grinager to sign. It was decided to have Bob Frigaard, Village Engineer, and George Sullivan look at the Lake Marion Road to ee what form. of repair was needed. 18. Buss Ackerman presented his building report for the August. Ne advised .that the bridge was fixed as'yet in Va11ey Park. and that the school wanted some signs. The council advised Mr. Ackerman to hold up on the building permits for Valley Park until the water hookups had been paid. 19. A letter signed by 16 Lakeville residents. opposing annexation by Farmington was read, 20. Mako made a motion that the road committee take steps to get the proper easements for .one mile of 190th St. lying wester]y of Cedar Ave. Su livan seconded the motion. All 3 for, motion carried,. 21.
