Regular monthly meeting of the Village Council of the. Village of Lakeville
was held in the Village Hall at $ P, A11 members were present.
hLinutes of the last regular monthly meeting read and approved.
Liquor Stare bills reviewed and approved.
Moved by Arthur Heinz, seconded by LeRoy Kehrer that Village Dump charge
fee for,out of Village garbage, and rubbish haulers, hauling other then
their own. t~?otion carried.
A motion by LeRoy Kehrer, seconded by Arthur Heinz to give Edward AnceZ
building permit for garage. Lotion carried.
~~ioved by Amelia Saucer, seconded by Arthur Heinz that petition of Roy Kuehn
to vacate a portion of Main and Front St. be granted. 'motion carried.
A motion by LeRoy Kehrer to authorize Leo Aronson and Ax~elia Saucer to purer
chase playground equipment, seconded by Arthur Heinz. Motion carried.
A motion by Roy Kuehn to transfer X5000.00 from liquor store fund to gensra~ -
fund, seconded by Arthur Heinz. Motion carried. ,
