Regular monthly meeting of the Village Cour_ca.l of the Village of Lakeville
was held in the Village Hall at 8 P. i~~. ~ienbers present were r~~ayor Lea
Aronson, LeRoy Lehrer, Roy Kuehn, Amelia Sauser and Village Attorney A.
Leonard Bent~son.
A motion by LeRoy Ret~rer, seconded by Roy Kuehn to transfer X5000.00 from
Liquor Store Fund to General Fund.. motion carried.
A motion by Amelia Sausee°, seconded. by Lea Aronson to grant building per-
mit to Wagner & Zimmer. A~otion carried.
A motion by Amelia Sauser, seconded by LeRoy Kehrer to increase water
connections to X100.00. ?~~otion carried.
A motion by Roy Kuehn, seconded by Leo Aronson that Village of Lakeville
enter into fire protection contract with Township of Lakeville, as set
forth in the contract dated Sept. 6, 1961.. and on file in the office of
the Vi.7.lage Clerk. ~~otion carried.
A motion by Leo Aronson, seconded by Amelia Sauser to .pay 5¢ a mile for
travel on Village business:. T~otion carried.
A motion by Leo Aronson, seconded by Amelia Sauser to nay bills. Potion
carried.
