Kuehn moved, seconded by LeRoy Lehrer to contribute ~"1~0.00 towards Halloween Dance_ ~•"otion carried. A motion by Arthur Heinz, seconded by LeRoy Kehrer to sell Lenihan house to Charles Wren. Purchase price X7.00.00, to be removed by Dec~nber 1, 1961. Performance bond X2000.00 plus public liability_an moving. ~'~oton carried. A notion by LeRoy Kehrer, seconded by Roy Kuehn to pay general obligation warrant for purchase price on Leniha,n house. ~rtotion carried.
