M.; Motion by h7~ ~r ~ ~~t t.i ~ ddd , seconded b _~.G_~ir P_3 ~,~E't~' 1~HERE~S: pursuant to proper notice duly. given as required by the law the Vi11a ge Council o~ the Village of Lakeville has .met and. heard and passed upon all objections tothe proposed assessments for the improvement of Park T errace-. Addition by installation of sewage disposal mains and laterals. Nt~N TI~R'4RE B~ ST HESOLVID BY THE vILL~.GE CQUNCIL 4F THE VILTAGE OF LAKEVTLI That the attached list of lands and o~rners named are attached to and made a part of this Resolution,. Such proposed assessment which is made a part. hereof is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein and. each tract of land therein included is here by found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of one to ten years, the first of the n- stallments to be payable on or before the first Monday. in Januarsr 1963• Ang deferred installments shall bear interest at the rate of 6~ ~ six percent) per annum.
