' Regular monthly meeting of the Village Caur~cil of the Village of Lakeville was held in the Village Hall at ~ P. i~. All Council members present also Village-Attorney Gerald W. Kalina. - ~ x. ~y3eeting called to order by I;ayor Leo Aronson. .Pursuant to motion duly made by Charley $weber and seconded by' Leo Aronson,. the following resolution was duly adopted by the I,a'~eville Village Council: RESOLVED, That the property now used by the Village as its Village HaII and Fire Hall, legally described as Lot .Two {2}, Block Twelve {12); Fairfield Addition, Village. of Lakevi.lls, Dakota. County, Minnesota, be sold, to L. Gephart .Inc. far th~..sum of Fifteen Thousand {15,000,00) Dollars, to be paid in cash on delivery of dead, ax,~d the Village Attorney is hereby instructed to prepare the neosssary p ~aers in connee- Lion with said sale.
