Bridlewilde Joint Venture. a. .Minor comprehensive plan amendment to include the property in Comprehensi~re Planning District 23 and to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from low density residential use to commercial use. b. Ordinance rezoning property located on the west side of Cedar Avenue, south of 170th-Street from R-2, Single Family Residential District, to PUD, Planned Unit Development. 10. Resolution approving the final plat of Shady Oak Shores 7th Addition. 11. Resolution approving the final plat of Shady Oak Shores 8th Addition. 12.
