Consider ordinance amending Section 47 of the zoning ordinance to conform with new • Minnesota Department of Natural Resources: State Shoreland Regulations; and consider resolution establishing a program to identify non-conforming individual sewage treatment systems within the shoreland overlay district. 12. Waste Management Issues: a. Approve Waste Management Study. b. Consider ordinance amending the zoning ordinance concerning accumulation, storage, processing and disposal of waste. c. Consider ordinance rezoning land located east of Cedar Avenue and south of 215th Street from I-2, General Industrial, to Planned Unit Development. d. Consider PUD Permit Agreement with Aptus, Inc. 13. Consider ordinance amending Title 10 of the City Code concerning subdivisions. 14. Consider resolution supporting letter of intent between Dakota County and Mn/DOT far funding of an interchange at I-35 and County Road 46 and turnbacks and road exchanges between the City of Lakeville and Dakota County, Improvement.
