Authorize Barton Aschman to begin Master Plans for the Quigley Sime property and Hypointe Crossing Park. h. Appprove preliminary engineering and right-of-way preacquisition agreement for CSAH 5 and CR 46 and authorize OSM and Barr Engineering to prepare utility and drainage plans. i.
