Agreement with Schiffelly Puppets for a performance at the Lakeville Area Arts Center. e. Agreement with Champion Coatings, Inc. for the reconditioning of fire hydrants. f. Receive application of Blazin Wings, Inc. for an on-sale and Sunday liquor license at Buffalo Wild Wirigs Grill & Bar, and call a public hearing to be held on June 16, 2008. h. Summary of Ordinance No. 838, an ordinance concerning best practices and the revocation or suspension of licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor. Renewal of tree service operator license for Tree Masters. j. Subdivision ordinance amendment for senior housing park dedication. k. Grant and Development Agreement with the Dakota County Community Development Agency for the Market Park Plaza project. Receive final draft of the 2008 City of Lakeville Transit Plan. m. Joint Powers Agreement with Dakota County for construction of a trail crossing on CSAH 9 (Dodd Boulevard) south of 207th Street, Improvement Project 07-07. 7. Consider a conditional use permit amendment to allow the construction of an additional softball field at Lakeville North High School, 19600 Ipava Avenue. 8. Primrose of Lakeville: a. Resolution approving preliminary and final plat b. Conditional use permit for a daycare facility c. Resolution vacating a public drainage and utility easement 9. New business. 10.
