CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION
19 ADDRESSING MODEL HOMES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The Lakeville Zoning Ordinance Section 19 is hereby amended by adding the
following provision:
19.4 No model home shall be allowed unless a preliminary plat has been
approved for the property upon which it is to be located. One {1)
building permit per legally divided property is allowable and such
structure shall conform to all ordinance requirements plus shall
be so situated as to conform to all zoning standards upon comple-
tion of a final plat.
Section 2. This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and publication according to law.
Adopted this 19 day of October 1987.

HOMES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE DOES ORDAIN:
S.c$on 1. The Lakeville Zoning Ordinance
Section 19 is hereby amended by adding the
following provision:
19.4 No model home shall be allowed

located. One 111 building permit per legal-
ly divided property is allowable and such
structure shall conform to all ordinance
requirements plus shall be so situated as to
conform to all zoning standards upon com-
pletion of a final plat.
