CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5,
CHAPTER 1, CONCERNING DOG KENNELS
The Lakeville City Council ordains:
Section 1. Title 5, Chapter 1, Section 5-1-12-1A is amended
to read:
The owner of ~.ny place vvhere three (3) or more Hogs are
kept, over six (6) months of age, shall be deemed the
operator of a dog kennel.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 15th day of
June , 1987.
