That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-7, High llensity Residential, to B-2, Retail Business, and from B-2, Retail Business to B-4, General Business, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Afinnesota: AREA TO BE ZONED B-2 The west 775.OD feet of the north 365.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. Subject to a road easement for Co. Rd. No. 46. Containing 6.49 acres. AREA TD BE ZONED B-4 That part of the North 365.00 feet of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence south 89 degrees 46 minutes 56 seconds west, (assumed bearing) along the south line of said southeast quarter of the northeast quarter a distance of 99.05 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence north 9 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds west a distance of 867.15 feet; thence north 13 degrees 19 minutes 42 seconds west a distance of 450.00 feet to the southerly right of way line of Dakota County Highway No. 46 and there terminating. and excepting therefrom the west 775.00 feet of the north 365.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be re-published to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
