THE LAk:EViLLE CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAII`J:
Section Ordinance No. ibl Section _x.5.1 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
i) Lot Reg~.iirements_and 5etbac~::s.. The proposed
site for a day care facility must have a mini-
mum lot area as determined by the Minnesota
Department of tdelfare. "fhe City Cour~r_il may
increase the required lot area in those cases
whe~.e such an increase is considered necessary
to insure computability of activities and main-
tain the p!iblic health, safety and general wel-
fare, "fhe day care facility must meet the mini-

ORDINANCE NO. 316
AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 167
SECTION 22.5.1 ADDRESSING MINIMUM
LOT SIZE STANDARDS FOR DAY CARE
FACILITIES.
THE LAKEVILLE CITY COUNCIL DOES
ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 Section 22.5.1
is hereby amended to read as follows:
1) Lot Requirements and Setbacks. The pro-
posed site for a day care facility must have
a minimum lot area as determined by the
Minnesota Department of Welfare. The Ci-
ty Council may increase the required lot
area in those cases where such an increase
is considered necessary to insure com-
patability of activities and maintain the
public health, safety and general welfare.
The day care facility must meet the
minimum setback requirements of the
respective Zoning District.
Section. 2. Effective Date: This Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and publication.
