HomeMy WebLinkAbout0312 ORDINANCE N0. 312 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 3 CONCERNING STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS The Lakeville City Council ordains: Section 1. Title 7, Chapter 3 of the Lakeville City Code is amended by adding Section 7-3-6-18 to read as follows: 7-3-6-18 Picketing. If a street is closed or partially closed to traffic because of a construction project, to the extent they can do so safely, picketers may picket on the closed street so long as they remain at least sixty (60) feet back from the site where work is actually taking place or is expected to take place within 24 hours. The area where picketers are not allowed may be marked off by barriers or by other means. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
