HomeMy WebLinkAbout0308 ORDINANCE N0. 308 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 4 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING CASH DONATION FOR PARKS The City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota, ordains: Section 1. Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 8, of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows: 10-4-8-J: Zn lieu of a park land donation, the City may require the following cash donations: Single-family dwelling lots $ 500.00 Two-family dwelling lots $1,000.00 Apartments, townhouses, $ 335.00 per unit plus condominiums and other $ 100.00 per bedroom dwelling units above the first bedroom of each unit Commercial and industrial $2,500.00 per acre 10-4-8-J)1: In lieu of a trail land donation, the City may require the following cash donations for the Multi-purpose Pedestrian Trail System: For each lot or dwelling unit $ 135.00 10-4-8-0: The cash contributions for parks and trails shall be deposited in either the City's Park and Recreation Develop- ment Fund or Multi-purpose Pedestrian Trail Fund and shall be used only for park acquisition or development and trail acquisition or development. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. r Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 17th day of February, 1987.
