HomeMy WebLinkAbout0306 306 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER ONE OF THE LAKEVILLE3 CITY CODE CONCERNING INTOXICATING LIQUORS, NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR, AND WINE The Lakeville City Council ordains as follows: Section 1. Title 3, Chapter One, Section 9 of the Lakeville City Code is amended by adding Section 3-1-9.3 to read as follows: 3-1-9.3 Terms of Insurance Certificate. Certificates of insurance required by § 3-1-9.2 of the City Code shall provide that the City must be given ten (10) days advance written notice of the cancellation of any insurance described in the certificate. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately following its passage and publication. Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 2nd day of February, 1987.
