HomeMy WebLinkAbout0295 Y ^ ORDINANCE N0. 295 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 1, OF THE CITY CODE CONCERNING HOURS PARKS OPEN TO PUBLIC It is hereby ordained by the Lakeville City Council as follows: Section 1. Title 7, Chapter 1, Section 7-1-2, 3s amended to read as follows HOURS PARKS OPEN TO PUBLIC: It shall be unlawful for any person to use, loiter or remain, camp or stay in any City park, or upon any public access under the control and management of the Park and Recreation Committee of the City, after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. at night and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M., except under the follow- ing conditions: A. Wben camping in an area designated for such purpose; B. When participating in an activity for which a permit has been granted by the City Park and Recreation Committee or City Council. Permit applications shall be made to the City. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be eff ective upon its passage and publication. Adopted this 16th day of June, 1986.
