CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167, BEING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING
ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO SURFACING OF DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 12.4.8) (Small L) of the Lakeville Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows:
1) Surfacing. All areas intended to be utilized for parking space
and driveways shall be surfaced with materials suitable to
control dust and drainage. Except in the case of farm dwell-
ings and farm operations, driveways and parking stalls shall be
surfaced with asphalt, concrete, cobblestone or paving brick.
Plans for surfacing and drainage of driveways and stalls for
five (5) or more vehicles shall be submitted to the City
Engineer for review and the final plans shall be subject to the
Engineer's written approval.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage and publication.

LAKEVILLE DOES ORDAIN:
