HomeMy WebLinkAbout0289 ORDINANCE N0. 289 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 254, BEING THE SIGN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 254, Section 4.10 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 4 4.10 Portable signs may not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet and may not be illuminated with any flashing device. Use of a portable sign shall require a license. The license shall be valid for no more than ten (10) consecutive days. No more than three (3) licenses per business shall be granted during any twelve (12) month period." Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment shall be effective following its passage and publication.
