CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.167,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone
from R-2, Residential, to B-4, General Business District, and to
Interstate Corridor District the following described land located within
the City of Lakeville, Minnesota:
Lots 8 through 11, Block 2, Jackson's First Addition, according to
said plat on file and of record in the office of the County
Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota
and
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota described as
commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence East on the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance
of 424.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds a distance of 208.71 feet; thence deflecting to the left
90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 423.11 feet to the
West line of said Southwest Quarter distant 208.71 feet North of
the point of beginning; thence South 208.71 feet to the point of
beginning.
and
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota described as
commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter a
distance of 424.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing North along the Northerly extension of
the last described line a distance of 206.00 feet; thence deflec-
ting to the left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of
422.61 feet to the West line of said Southwest quarter; thence
South along said West line for a distance of 206.00 feet; thence
East to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be
republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri-
ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose
of indicating the rezoning hereinahove provided for in this Ordinance,
and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon
are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 3rd day of September,
1985.

Section 2. The zoning map of the City of
Lakeville shall not be republished to show
the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall ap-
propriately mark the zoning map on file in
the Clerk's office for the purpose of in-
dicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown
thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its publica-
tion according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance
this 3rd day of September, 1985.
