HomeMy WebLinkAbout0278 S? ORDINANCE N0. 278 • CITY OF LAKEYILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEYILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLONS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167, Section 11.12.3) is hereby amended to read as follows: 3) Subject to the other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance other uses may be permitted by conditional use permit. The minimum lot size for each principal use is ten (10) acres. This minimum lot size shall not apply to smaller separate parcels of record in separate ownership lawfully existing prior to 7 November 1977, provided the conditions of the conditional use permit are met. A conditional use permit shall not be granted unless it can be demon- strated by means satisfactory to the City that the use: (a) will not result in groundwater, soil or other contamination which may endanger the public health, (b) will not increase future City utility service demands and expense, and (c) will not jeopardize public safety and • general welfare. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. ENACTED AND ORDAINED INTO AN ORDINANCE THIS 19th DAY OF August 1985.
