CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 10, CHAPTER 4
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING CASH DONATION FOR PARKS
The City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota ordains:
Section 1. Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 8, Paragraph J, of the
Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows:
10-4-8-J: In lieu of a park land donation, the City may require the
following cash donations:
Single-family dwelling lots $375.00
Two-family dwelling lots $750.00
Apartments, townhouses, condominiums $250.00 per unit plus
and other dwelling units $75.00 per bedroom
above the first bed-
room of each unit
Commercial and industrial $1,500.00 per acre
Section 2. The ordinance shall be effective after publication on
July 1, 1985.

The City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota
ordains:
Section 1. Title -10, Chapter 4, Section 8,
Paragraph J, of the Lakeville City Code is
amended to read as follows:
10-4-8-J: In lieu of a park land donation, the
City may require the following cash dona-
tions:
Single-family dwelling Tots $375.00
Two-family dwelling lots 8750.00
Apartments, townhouses, condominiums
and other dwelling units $250.00 per
unit plus $75.00 per bedroom above the
first bedroom of each unit.
Commercial and industrial ....$1,500.00 per
acre.
Section 2. The ordinance shall be effective
after publication on July 1, 1985.
