HomeMy WebLinkAbout0268 r ORDINANCE NO. 268 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 4 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING CASH DONATION FOR PARKS The City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota ordains: Section 1. Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 8, Paragraph J, of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows: 10-4-8-J: In lieu of a park land donation, the City may require the following cash donations: Single-family dwelling lots $375.00 Two-family dwelling lots $750.00 Apartments, townhouses, condominiums $250.00 per unit plus and other dwelling units $75.00 per bedroom above the first bed- room of each unit Commercial and industrial $1,500.00 per acre Section 2.
