HomeMy WebLinkAbout0267 ORDINANCE N0. 267 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.167, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to extend into the I.C.D., Interstate Corridor District, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: Parcel A That part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 at its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 330 feet Southwesterly of the tangent part of the Southwesterly Right-of-way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad produced Northwesterly; thence West along the North line of said S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 500 feet Southwesterly from the above described 330 foot parallel line; thence Southeasterly along the aforementioned 500 foot parallel line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 600 feet Northwesterly of the tangent part of the Northwesterly Right-of-way line of Minnesota State Highway Number 65; thence Northeasterly along the afore described 600 foot parallel line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 330 feet Southwesterly of the Southwesterly Right-of-way line of said Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad; thence North- westerly along the aforementioned 330 foot parallel line to the point of beginning. Parcel B That part of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commenc- ing at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly Right-of-way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad with the Northwesterly Right-of-way line of Minnesota State Trunk Highway #65; thence Northwesterly along the said Southwesterly Right-of-way line of Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad to its intersection with the North line of the S 1/2 of the said NW 1/4, Section 12; thence West along said North line of the South 1/2 of said NLd 1/4 to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 330 feet Southwesterly of the Tangent part of the said Southwest- erly Right-of-way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad, produced Northwesterly; thence Southeasterly along the aforementioned parallel line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 600 feet Northwesterly of the tangent part of the Northwesterly Right-of-way line of Minnesota State Trunk Highway $65; thence Southwesterly along lasC mentioned parallel line, a distance of 1650 feet; thence Southeasterly at right angles to the Northwesterly Right-of-way line of said Minnesota State Trunk Highway 4165; thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly Right-of-way line of Minnesota State Trunk Highway 4165 to the point of beginning, according to the Government survey thereof. Parcel C That part of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of a line drawn parallel with and 600 feet Northwesterly of the tangent part of the Northwesterly Right-of-way line of Minnesota State Highway 4165 where said Highway crosses the Right-of-way of the Minneapolis, Northfield & Southern Railway and a line drawn parallel with and 830 feet Southwesterly of the tangent part of the Southwesterly Right-of-way line of said Minnea- polis, Northfield and Southern Railroad, thence Northwesterly along said 830 foot parallel line to its intersection with a line 900 feet Northwesterly of and parallel with the tangent part of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of said Highway 4165, thence South- westerly along said 900 foot parallel line a distance of 1242.89 feet, thence Southeasterly at right angles a distance of 300 feet to a line 600 feet Northwesterly of and parallel with the tangent part of said Highway 4165, thence Northeasterly along said 600 foot parallel line a distance of 942.89 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 15th day of April, 1985.
