Home My WebLink About0264 ' ORDINANCE N0. 264 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.167, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from B-4, General Business District, to R-7, High Density Residential, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minne- sota: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 114 North, Range 21 West, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the Easterly right of way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway, lying westerly of the centerline of Minnesota State Highway No. 50, and lying south of the following described line, and its easterly and westerly extensions: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter, said point also being the center of said Section 12; thence S 24 degrees, 33' 20" E, (assuming the North line of said Southeast Quarter bears S 89 degreees 11' 17" E), a distance of 527.00 feet, thence S. 89 degrees 11' 17" E, a distance of 548.51 feet to the centerline of Minnesota State Highway No. 50; thence S 24 degrees 33' 20" E, along said Centerline, a distance of 93.95 feet; [hence S 25 degrees 12' 40" E, along said centerline, a distance of 1364.96 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence N 89 degrees 38' S5" W, parallel with the South line of said Section 12, a distance of 1257.33 feet to the Easterly right of way line of said Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway, and there terminating. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 18th day of March, 1985.
