CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3
CHAPTER 4 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING BINGO, GAMBLING DEVICES AND RAFFLES
The Lakeville City Council ordains:
Section 1. Title 3, Chapter 4 of the Lakeville City Code
shall regulate lawful gambling in the City through May 31, 1985.
As of June 1, 1985, Title 3, Chapter 4 of the Lakeville City Code
is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. All licenses issued pursuant to Title 3, Chapter
4 which expired or which are scheduled to expire February 28, 1985
and May 30, 1985 are extended to May 31, 1985.
Section 3. All licenses issued after the passage of this
ordinance shall expire on May 31, 1985.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
on its passage by the City Council.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3
CHAPTER 4 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING BINGO, GAMBLING DEVICES
AND RAFFLES.
The Lakeville City Council ordains:
Section 1. Title 3, Chapter 4 of the Lakeville
City Code shall regulate lawful gambling in
the City through May 31, 1985. As of June 1,
1985, Title 3, Chapter 4 of the Lakeville City
Code is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. All licenses issued pursuant to Ti-
tle 3, Chapter 4 which expired or which are
scheduled to expire February 28, 1985 and
May 30, 1985 are extended to May 31, 1985.
Section 3. All licenses issued after the
passage of this ordinance shall expire on
May 31, 1985.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective
immediately on its passage by the City Coun-
cil.
