That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from I-2, General Industrial District, to B-3, Auto-Oriented Business District, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: That part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 of the NE 1/4) of Section 33, T114N, R20W, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying South of the centerline of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 50, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 of the NE 1/4) of said section, distant 1470.22 feet North of the Southeast corner of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said section; thence bearing South 89 degrees - 24' West, parallel with the South line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said section, 575.00 feet; thence bearing North parallel with the East line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said section, 504.82 feet to the centerline of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 50; thence bearing South 83 degree - 04' East along said centerline 579.20 feet to the East line o~ the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said section; thence bearing South along the East line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said section, 428.88 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to existing highway easements and other easements of record. Also: That part of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 33, distant 1470.22 feet northerly of the southeast corner of said NE 1/4; thence bearing South 0 degrees 35 minutes 45 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said NE 1/4 a distance of 579.17 feet to the north line of the south 891.00 feet of said NE 1/4; thence bearing West, along the north line of the south 891.00 feet of said NE 1/4, a distance of 493.16 feet to the west line of the east 493.13 feet of said NE 1/4; thence bearing North 63 degrees 58 minutes 06 seconds Weat, on a line when extended northwesterly intersects the west line of the E 1/2 of said NE 1/4 at a point 1292.07 feet northerly of the southwest corner of said E 1/2 of the NE 1/4, a distance of 90.62 feet; thence bearing North 0 degrees 35 minutes 45 seconds East, parallel with the east line of said NE 1/4, a distance of 539.40- feet to a point on a line parallel with the south line of said NE 1/4 and passing through the point of beginning; thence bearing East, parallel with the south line of said NE 1/4, a distance of 575.00 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 4th day of March, 1985.
