HomeMy WebLinkAbout0261 s ~r ORDINANCE NO. 261 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II OF THE LAKEVILLE CODE BEING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE. Section 1. The Lakeville Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by amending Section 44.5.2) a) 1. as follows: 44.5.2) a) 1. Minimum Lot Size of Ten (10) Acres. This minimum lot size shall not apply to small separate parcels of record lawfully existing prior to 7 November 1977 provided that it can be demonstrated by means satisfactory to the City that the smaller parcels will not result in groundwater, soil or other contamination which may endanger the public health.
