CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE.AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from
R-2, single family residential, to R-A, single family agricultural, the
following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minne-
sota:
Lots 3 thru 10, incl. and Lots 19 thru 28, incl., Block 5 of
Lenihan's Lots and Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, Antlers Park, and
that part of Lot G, Lenihan's Lots and Lot F, Antlers Park
described as follows:- Beginning at the Northeast corner of
said Lot F, Antlers Park, thence West along the North line of
said Lot F and said Lot G, Lenlhan's Lots to the Northwest
corner of said Lot G, thence Southeasterly along the South-
westerly line of said Lot G, 552 feet to a point which is 350
feet South of the North line of said Lot G, thence East and
parallel to the said North line 460.9 feet, thence South-
. easterly 648.97 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot
F, said point 761.5 feet South of the point of beginning,
thence North along the East line of Lot F, 761.5 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 15.86 acres more or less.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be
republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri-
ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose
of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance,
and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon
are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part o>; this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 1st day of October,
1984.
