That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from I-1, Limited Industrial District, and R-2, Single Family Residential, to R-6, Medium Density Residential, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 114, Range 20, which lies northerly of the centerline of the abandoned right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad per Document No. 630978 on file and of record in the office of the Dakota County Recorder. ALSO That part of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 114, Range 20, which lies southerly of the centerline of Dakota County State A1d Highway N0. 64, and which lies southerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the East line of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 114 North, Range 20 West, said point being 426.51 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, thence WESt at right angle to said East line on a bearing of South 89 degrees 53 minutes West, 210.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 07 minutes West, 50.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes West, 185.05 feet; thence NOrth 3 degrees 38 minutes 42 seconds West, 131.35 feet; thence South 72 degrees 03 minutes 48 seconds West, 30.0 feet; thence North 27 degrees 37 minutes 41 seconds West, 145.84 feet; thence South 56 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds West, 33.55 feet; thence North 33 degrees 16 minutes 48 seconds West, 237.5 feet to the centerline of SAR No. 64; thence North 50 degrees 43 minutes East along the centerline of said road 279.16 feet to the beginning of a curve which is concave to the Southeast, having a central angle of 33 degrees 52 minutes 41 seconds and a radius of 818.89 feet; thence along said curve 118.2 feet, to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 33 degrees 07 minutes East, 189.8 feet; thence on a curve concave to the North, having a radius of 15.0 feet, a chord bearing North 87 degrees 58 minutes 28 seconds East, an arc distance of 30.84 feet; thence on a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 60.0 feet, a chord bearing North 53 degrees 26 minutes OS seconds East, an arc distance of 51.04 feet; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes East, 176.4 feet to the East line of said Government Lot 2, and said line there terminating. For purposes of this description the East line of said Government Lot 2 is assumed to have a bearing of Narth 0 degrees 07 minutes West. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this ordinance, and all of the nota- tions, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 20th day of August, 1984.
