AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance N0. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from
R-1, Low Density Single Family, to R-A, Single Family-Agricultural, the
following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minne-
sota:
Northwest One-Quarter of the Northwest One-Quarter of Section
23, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be
republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropri-
ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose
of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance,
and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon
are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 21st day of May, 1984.

The City Council of the City of Lakeville or-
dains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance NO. 167 is hereby
amended to rezone from R-1, Low Density
Single Family, to R -A, Single Family -
Agricultural, the following described land
located within the City of Lakeville, Min-
nesota:
Northwest One -Quarter of the Northwest
One -Quarter of Section 23, Township 114,
Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of

the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall ap-
propriately marked the zoning map on file in
the Clerk's office for the purpose of in-
dicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown
thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its publica-
tion according to law.
